Director – Ian Briggs MRICS
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 24 years’ experience specialising in the minerals, waste, recycling and highways sectors and has worked as an in-house advisor with Tarmac and Hanson and as a consultant with WYG and PDE. Key skills are in mineral estate management, planning and EIA as well as presenting evidence at public inquiry and EiP.

Landscape Architect and Director – Jayne Briggs BA(Hons) CMLI
Jayne is a Chartered Landscape Architect and member of the Landscape Institute (Design Division) with over 20 years’ experience with Hanson, WYG and Landesign. This experience includes planning, design, implementation and visual assessment of a wide variety of schemes including minerals, waste and recycling proposals, restoration design for agriculture, recreation and nature conservation after uses, with an emphasis on biodiversity and habitat creation. Other projects have included the redesign of the planting at Aldis headquarters, design of award winning wetlands in the Nene Valley and innovative designs for schools and housing areas.
